Eligibility for Returns & Store Credit:
To qualify for store credit (only), your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition it was received
Please note, THS Infused Body Butters, Oil or any items that have been damaged due to heat exposure are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Store Credit Process:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, store credit will be processed, typically within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged products.

Specified Address - You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
- For returns over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.

- Keep all oils upright
